Somewhere along the way...

Somewhere along the way we realize…..
We realize that time is not as invaluable as we treat it. That life is more delicate than we perceive it to be. That we will never, ever be perfect. That children know more about honesty than most adults. That love is not an emotion but a commitment to see every aspect, every flaw of another person and love them as if they did not exist. That nothing in this world can offer true security.

Somewhere along the way we learn…
We are not quite who we should be. That we have hurt others more than they deserved. That we have gained more than we have earned. That we are helpless without the helper. That it is worth leaving a whole group behind to find the one that got lost. That being a real friend means being an honest friend. That not all dreams were meant to be just dreams.

Somewhere along the way we believe...
There is more to life than what we have been doing. That what you would die for should be what you live for. That nothing compares to the greatness of knowing He who is greater. That problems are not to harm us but to grow us. That even an enemy can become a friend. That we get to take part in something amazing designed by a loving father. And that we are loved completely.

These lessons in life have been instrumental in my growth. I am so glad my father blesses me with these lessons daily. I hope they will bless your heart today.

I honestly think one of your gifts is just summing it up. Thanks for summing it up.
